Cecy Santana

Brazilian Singer/Songwriter/Model Cecy Santana was born into an enormous musical family in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Santana learned from her famous African American Father Carlos Santana – legendary trumpeter, conductor, and first chair for both the Sao Paulo and Rio De Janeiro Orchestras. Cecy’s original music has been featured in commercials, music conventions and festivals all over the World. She has performed with major acts like Music SoulChild, Lil’ Wayne, American Idol Winner Fantasia Barrino, Carl Thomas, Roy Ayers, Kansas, Etc. 

Her music was on the ballot for the 2022 and 2023 Grammys and has recently won an International Music Video Award and Telly Award for her single “Sao Paulo.”  She is now currently working on multiple projects including new original music, music videos and her solo debut album. Santana has released multiple music videos to date and plans to release several more to tie in with all the projects she’s involved with.

With numerous residences from UNTITLED to Carnivale from Navy Pier to FOUR SEASONS CHICAGO as well as Midsommarfest in 2023 and 2024, she was recently in Italy where she performed at the International Tyrrhenian JAZZ Festival with the son of Ella Fitzgerlad, Ray Browne Jr.  While she was abroad, she made her latest music video entitled ‘Italia’ that now can be seen on Youtube.
